Definition and Scope of Virtual Goods
Vero Live offers a range of virtual goods and services, which can be purchased using in-app virtual currency (e.g., coins or diamonds). These items include but are not limited to:
• Virtual gifts (for streamers or users);
• Animated effects, bullet chat styles, and room decorations;
• Temporary features or subscription-based perks (e.g., badges, visibility boosts);
• Other digital content or customized services provided by the platform.
All virtual goods are usable only within Vero Live, have no monetary value, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn for cash.
Purchase and Payment Process
You may make in-app purchases through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other approved channels. All transactions are processed by third-party payment providers. Vero Live does not directly store your payment credentials.
• Upon successful payment, virtual currency will be automatically credited to your account;
• Please verify your account details before making a purchase—Vero Live is not liable for user errors;
• You may view payment records under “Account > Order History” and should report issues promptly to support.
Rules for Using Virtual Items
• Some virtual items may have an expiration period and will become invalid after the stated duration;
• If your account is suspended due to violations, unused virtual goods may be forfeited without compensation;
• Gifting is considered a voluntary, final action—the platform does not intervene in disputes related to gift usage.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all in-app purchases are non-refundable once delivered, except under the following circumstances:
• Duplicate charges caused by system error or platform malfunction;
• Other refund rights clearly required by applicable law.
If the purchase was made via Apple or Google, refunds must be requested through the respective platform, according to their policies. Vero Live cannot directly process such refunds.
Platform Adjustments and Disclaimer
Vero Live reserves the right to update, rename, reprice, or modify virtual items and features as part of ongoing operations. We will notify users of major changes via announcements or version updates.
The platform shall not be held liable for:
• Losses due to compromised accounts caused by user negligence;
• Damages resulting from unauthorized third-party tools or plug-ins;
• Inaccessibility of virtual items due to account suspension or enforcement actions.
Note:Virtual goods and virtual currency are non-transferable and non-inheritable. Upon account deletion, these assets are permanently forfeited.
Supported Payment Channels
In-app purchases on Vero Live are processed through third-party payment providers, including but not limited to:
• Apple App Store (for iOS users);
• Google Play Billing (for Android users);
• Other officially authorized regional payment gateways.
Users must adhere to the payment policies of the respective platforms. The transaction status is determined by the outcome provided by the payment processor.
Transaction Records and Invoicing
Users can view all top-up, purchase, and subscription records under “Account > Order History” within the app. If applicable, invoices may be issued by the payment platform or its affiliates, in accordance with the local tax regulations of your region.
If you have concerns about payment amounts, billing details, or deductions, you should first review your in-app transaction log and then contact our customer support for assistance if needed.
Payment Failure Handling
If you experience issues such as failed payments, delayed crediting of virtual items, or transaction errors, we recommend the following steps:
Check for temporary interruptions due to network instability or scheduled maintenance;
Confirm the status of your payment method or third-party wallet;
If the issue persists, take a screenshot of the order and contact our customer support team.
We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe to help resolve issues such as failed top-ups or duplicate charges.
Transaction Disputes and Fraud Prevention
If disputes arise between you and a third-party payment platform (e.g., regarding unauthorized charges or denied refunds), Vero Live will cooperate by providing necessary transaction logs or technical documentation, but will not directly mediate external payment conflicts.
We reserve the right to take enforcement actions—such as suspending accounts or freezing assets—against accounts involved in abnormal activity, excessive chargebacks, or suspected fraud.
Overview of Subscription Services
To enhance the user experience, Vero Live may offer paid subscription services, which may include:
• Exclusive badges or user titles;
• Boosted content visibility or featured placements;
• Ad-free experience or early access to new features;
• Other premium benefits introduced periodically by the platform.
The duration, pricing, and benefits of each subscription tier will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. The platform reserves the right to modify subscription plans at any time.

If you subscribe via Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platforms, your subscription will automatically renew before the end of each billing cycle:
• The system will attempt to charge your account within 24 hours prior to the current period's expiration;
• Upon successful payment, your subscription will be extended automatically;
• In case of payment failure, the system may retry charging within the next few days.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Apple or Google account settings. Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle, but current subscription benefits will remain active until expiration.
Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Some subscription services may include limited-time free trials or discounted introductory pricing. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically billed at the standard rate unless the subscription is canceled before the trial expires.
Specific promotional terms will be displayed in-app or in related announcements.
Refund Policy and Support
Once a subscription is activated, it is considered used and non-refundable. However, refunds may be requested under the following conditions:
• System error or duplicate charges;
• Automatic renewal occurred despite a timely cancellation by the user.
Please note: If you subscribed via Apple or Google, you must request a refund through their respective systems. Vero Live does not handle refunds outside of these platforms.
